SUPERPRODUCERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALL and EVERY non permitted use, replication, or duplication is in violation of United States Copyright Laws and is subject to punishment by Law.

Non-Exclusive
a.) All non-exclusive beats, tracks, instrumentals, compositions (all herein refereed to as Instrumentals for the remainder of this document) produced, mastered, or sold by SuperProducers will remain both physical and intellectual property of SuperProducers. Instrumentals are licensed only to buyers and are subject to all limitations stated within the terms and conditions.
b.) A membership purchase grants you the license of using the non-exclusive instrumental for DEMO purposes( No selling). In Order to use Instrumentals for commercial purposes( defined herein as anything other than a demo ), you must purchase a Commercial License from SuperProducers. Please See Commercial Section Below for details.

Commercial License
A Commercial License allows you to use our instrumentals for distribution. In order to use SuperProducers Instrumentals for Commercial use, a Commercial License is required to be purchased by United States Law. Licenses are sold separate from Instrumental Non-Exclusive License(Member Sign up) and are subject to approval. A Commercial License will require a written contract signed by both grantor and licensee. A Commercial License does not grant the licensee the copyrights. All Instrumentals are still owned and to be distributed only by SuperProducers. Vocals must be placed on top and a Commercial License must be purchased/approved.

A commercial license can be purchased for $150 and is valid for 10,000 copies and under. Your Commercial License is not Valid unless production credits are given to SuperProducers, and you must cease distribution. If production is more than 10,000 copies then a Commercial License with due credits to SuperProducers.com, plus a defined % of publishing royalties will be assigned after you contact us at SuperProducers.com. Everything is done on a case by case basis. A Commercial License allows you to use our instrumentals for distribution but the instrumentals still remain Non-Exclusive.

You Must be a Subscribing Member to SuperProducers.com to Qualify.
All submissions must be mailed to SuperProducers.com on Audio CD. Please, High Quality Submission Only.

SuperProducers.com staff will listen, review, and critique your work. You will be emailed your review, and it is up to SuperProducers discretion to forward your work to any and all A&Rs, Labels, or Distributors. Please remember, everything you submit to us will not be mailed back.

Non Permitted Use
a.) No Instrumental from SuperProducers shall be sold or resold and are Copyright property of SuperProducers. This means, there is no copying or sampling! SuperProducers will seek punishment to the fullest extent by Law. SuperProducers does not allow anyone, Licensee or other, to resale a SuperProducers Instrumental. Binding by these terms, means you can not reproduce, copy, modify, lease, or sell SuperProducers Instrumentals. Just buy the proper license, it is only $29/yr to join! Price subject to change.
b.) SuperProducers does not allow a licensee of our instrumentals to sell or share our instrumentals without vocals placed on top. All instrumentals are required to have vocals placed on top in order to share in public. In other words, no one is granted the right to share or sell just our instrumentals.

Refund Policy
Because our product is Non-Tangible we have a NO REFUND Policy. To limit confusion please keep this in mind. However, we work with our clients to keep them satisfied. Let us know what we can do for you.

Property
The Licensee acknowledges that Instrumentals are property of SuperProducers and shall remain property and copyright at all times of SuperProducers. All Instrumentals are still copyright and property of SuperProducers whether modified or reproduced.

Subject to Change
The Licensee acknowledges that the terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without written, verbal, consent, or notice.
